Hair With A Cause Foundation is our nonprofit initiative focused on expanding compassionate access to hair loss support and restorative patient care programs.

We are seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Website & Social Media Coordinator to help establish, organize, and manage our digital presence across multiple platforms.

 

Position Overview

The Website & Social Media Coordinator will support the setup, organization, branding, and management of our online presence across website platforms and social media channels.

Responsibilities

Website Support

  • Assist with website setup, updates, and organization
  • Help organize website navigation and layout
  • Upload and organize content, images, and pages
  • Coordinate branding consistency across the website
  • Support basic SEO and website optimization efforts
  • Help manage website integrations and updates

Social Media Setup & Coordination

  • Set up and organize social media platforms and business accounts
  • Assist with username/handle coordination across platforms
  • Organize brand assets and social media templates
  • Help maintain a consistent visual brand identity
  • Coordinate posting schedules and content organization
  • Assist with social media captions, scheduling, and engagement

Brand & Content Support

  • Help organize digital assets, photos, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate content calendars and campaign ideas
  • Assist with presentation and brand deck organization
  • Support launch announcements, events, and promotions

Administrative & Digital Organization

  • Organize shared folders and digital workflows
  • Maintain organized files and content libraries
  • Help track projects and deadlines
  • Coordinate with founder on ongoing digital initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Creative eye for branding and aesthetics
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Strong follow-through and time management
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow with a startup

Preferred Skills

Experience with:

  • Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress
  • Canva
  • Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Google Workspace
  • Basic website editing
  • Social media scheduling tools
  • Branding and content coordination

Healthcare, beauty, wellness, nonprofit, or luxury brand experience is a plus.

Position Details

Part-Time Contractor or Internship Weekly Cash Pay $300 
Flexible schedule 15 min weekly hours
Hybrid or remote options available
