Philly Peace in Progress is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our community programs. This role is a key leadership opportunity, helping ensure that each program aligns with our mission and delivers meaningful impact. Volunteers will gain hands‑on experience in program coordination, team leadership, and nonprofit operations—ideal for students interested in community engagement, public service, or nonprofit management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead program planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish

Supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure high‑quality program delivery

Track program outcomes and prepare clear, organized reports for leadership

Collaborate with community partners to strengthen alignment and resource sharing

Ensure all program activities meet organizational and grant compliance requirements

Commitment: Minimum 5 months
