Social Media Intern

Job Title: Social Media Intern (CEO Office)
Company: Fontanel Estate & Mansion
Location: Nashville, TN (Primarily On-Site)
Employment Type: Internship (Part-Time)

About Fontanel:
Fontanel Estate & Mansion is one of Nashville’s most iconic and historic destinations, hosting elevated events, luxury weddings, and curated guest experiences. As we continue to grow the brand, we are focused on building a best-in-class digital presence that reflects the uniqueness and scale of the property.

The Opportunity:
This is not a typical internship. This role is designed for a highly driven, creative individual who wants direct exposure to executive leadership and real responsibility from day one. The Social Media Intern will work directly with the CEO to shape brand narrative, create high-impact content, and execute strategic growth initiatives across digital platforms.

We are seeking someone who operates with a high level of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail—and who is excited to contribute at a level beyond a traditional intern role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner directly with the CEO on social media strategy and brand positioning
  • Concept, produce, and publish high-quality photo and video content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Capture on-site content at events, weddings, and behind-the-scenes moments
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns aimed at driving engagement and growth
  • Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Identify emerging trends and proactively pitch new content ideas
  • Help maintain a consistent, elevated brand voice across all platforms

Who You Are:

  • A top-performing student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Demonstrated excellence in social media—either through personal brand growth, prior internships, or content portfolios
  • Strong visual eye with proven ability in photography and/or video editing
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with autonomy
  • Available to work flexible hours, including select evenings and weekends for events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
  • Interest in luxury, hospitality, events, or lifestyle branding

What Sets This Role Apart:

  • Direct, consistent access to and mentorship from the CEO
  • Meaningful ownership over visible, brand-defining work
  • Opportunity to build a standout, portfolio-quality body of content
  • Exposure to high-level brand strategy and business decision-making

Compensation:

Paid internship (competitive hourly rate based on experience)

Potential for academic credit (if applicable)

Application Process (Selective):
To be considered, applicants must submit:

  • Resume
  • Portfolio or links to social media accounts showcasing content creation
  • A brief note (3–5 sentences) on how you would elevate Fontanel’s social media presence
