Retail Store Manager

We’re hiring a strong, sales-driven Store Manager to lead a busy women’s fashion boutique.

You are:
· Highly sales-focused with strong customer connection skills
· A hands-on leader who leads from the sales floor
· Experienced in coaching, accountability, and driving sales

You will:
· Lead the store to meet or exceed sales goals
· Actively sell and set the standard for the team
· Manage scheduling, particularly peak-hour coverage
· Maintain strong operations and store presentation

Pay: Up to $35/hr + bonuses
Top performers can earn $80,000+/year, including $1200/mth bonuses.

2bella has 7 current locations and growing this year.  We have openings in CA-Sausalito, Laguna Beach, La Jolla, San Francisco and Santa Monica.  NV-Reno and Las Vegas.
