Social Media & Marketing Intern
The Gast Team at Velocity Retail Group is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support a fast-paced commercial real estate brokerage specializing in retail leasing throughout the Greater Phoenix market. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the full commercial real estate deal cycle while working directly with brokers on active listings, marketing campaigns, and tenant outreach efforts.
Responsibilities include assisting with property marketing packages, maintaining accurate listing information across CoStar, LoopNet, company websites, and eblast platforms, creating and scheduling social media content, coordinating signage and property marketing materials, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks for the brokerage team. The intern will also assist with photography, video content, eblast campaigns, and organization of listing data and files.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and interested in commercial real estate, marketing, or sales. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment are important. Experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms. CoStar, LoopNet, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
This is an in-person position based in Phoenix, Arizona, offering direct exposure to retail leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation, and commercial real estate marketing strategy.
