Part-Time Guest Services Representative

POSITION SUMMARY (Nature of Work):

This is professional work in assisting in selling tickets and greeting guest to Zoo Miami as well as providing exceptional customer service through engagement while creating friendly and positive interactions with all guests and co-workers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

High school diploma or GED.  One year of cash handling or customer/guest service experience is required.  Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends on a varied work schedule.
