COME WORK AS A WAKESPORTS COUNSELOR AT CAMP WINNEBAGO!

Camp Winnebago, a traditional boys summer camp in Maine, is hiring a wake-sports counselor to teach waterskiing, wakeboarding, and kneeboarding as part of our vibrant waterfront program. 

If you love working with young people, and really love spending time on a ski boat in the summer, this is an unforgettable summer leadership opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Coach and instruct campers in waterskiing, wakeboarding, and kneeboarding.

Operate our ski boat responsibly and safely.

Work as part of a tightly-knit waterfront team including other staff teaching swim instruction, sailing, canoeing, fishing and kayaking. 

Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development

Serve as a mentor and positive role model for campers

You’ll be part of a larger athletic staff working together to create a fun, competitive, and supportive sports environment.

You'll also be a counselor for a small group of campers in one of our cabins.

Anyone who likes making an impact and would really enjoy a summer on a boat on one of the most beautiful lakes in New England. 

(Previous coaching experience is a plus, but not required.)
