Brand Partnerships & Sales Summer Intern

About the Role

Third Shift is looking for an energetic, proactive, and people-oriented intern to support both brand partnerships and customer-facing sales initiatives. This role combines B2B outreach and collaboration management with on-ground brand promotion and sales engagement.

The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with both business partners and customers, enjoys relationship-building, and is passionate about beauty, wellness, and modern self-care products.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnerships & Business Development

  • Research and identify potential brand, boutique, retail, and corporate partners
  • Assist with outreach, follow-ups, and partnership communications
  • Support the creation of partnership proposals, pitch decks, and collaboration ideas
  • Coordinate partnership campaigns and track deliverables
  • Maintain partnership databases, outreach trackers, and performance reports
  • Analyze partnership outcomes and suggest improvements

Sales & Brand Ambassador Activities

  • Represent Third Shift at tabling events, pop-ups, campus activations, and promotional events
  • Pitch and demonstrate products to customers in an engaging and professional manner
  • Educate customers on product benefits and usage
  • Drive sales through direct interaction and relationship-building
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
  • Support outreach to boutiques and retailers for product placement opportunities
  • Promote the brand through digital platforms and social media engagement when needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
  • Interest in business development, sales, marketing, or brand strategy
  • Ability to work independently and meet goals
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable speaking with customers, retailers, and potential partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, marketing, partnerships, or promotions
  • Active presence on social media is a plus
  • Familiarity with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle products preferred

Someone who enjoys both strategic outreach and face-to-face brand promotion — equally comfortable building partnership relationships and pitching products directly to customers at events, boutiques, and retail activations.
