Financial Analyst
Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst supports the Financial Planning & Analysis function in a fast-paced environment, contributing to analytics, reporting, budgeting, and financial modeling. This role partners closely with business and clinical leaders to deliver data-driven insights and support organizational growth initiatives. The position reports to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.
Primary Duties:
• Support monthly analytics and reporting across multiple practices to enable data-driven decision-making
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis spanning clinical research, facility expansion, payor, therapeutics, human resources, and operations
• Analyze financial statements, forecasts, trends, and variances
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process through modeling and collaboration with leadership
• Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with business and clinical stakeholders
• Collaborate within a high-performing FP&A team and cross-functional groups
• Develop a strong understanding of FP&A fundamentals, healthcare operations, and the organization’s practice management model
Educational/Experience Level:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
• Strong academic background in finance, accounting, economics, or similar disciplines
• Interest in financial analytics, modeling, reporting, and healthcare
• Proficiency with business and analytics tools such as Microsoft Office, Tableau, NetSuite, and Adaptive Planning
• Collaborative, analytical, and proactive work style with strong problem-solving skills
