Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operator/Planner to support the day-to-day operational needs of our mobile gaming company. This role combines data entry, project coordination, documentation management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional operational support to help ensure smooth execution across product and content initiatives.
 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and passionate about improving operational workflows and user experience within a fast-paced gaming environment.

The start date for this position is flexible. 
 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry, maintenance, and validation across internal systems and operational databases.
• Maintain and update clear operational roadmaps to ensure project milestones are visible, organized, and achievable.
• Coordinate with cross-functional (international) teams, including product, development, and marketing, to support operational initiatives.
• Actively contribute to the app’s evolution by identifying, suggesting, and helping design improvements for new and existing features.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring all technical, operational, and process manuals are consistently updated with the latest information.
• Oversee the adaptation of app content for international markets, ensuring language accuracy and cultural nuances are appropriately reflected.
• Monitor operational issues and escalate risks or blockers when necessary.
• Optimize the user experience by leveraging data-driven research and strategic planning to address pain points.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in operations, administrative support, project coordination, data entry, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Suites.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Interest in mobile gaming, apps, or digital entertainment preferred.
• Must be a U.S citizen or permanent resident

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Notion.
• Basic understanding of mobile app development workflows.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
