Magic Smile Dental is seeking a reliable, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are a modern, multi-specialty practice committed to high-quality care, efficiency, and a strong team environment.

Position Overview

The Dental Hygienist plays a key role in maintaining patient health, supporting treatment acceptance, and ensuring a productive hygiene schedule. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well with patients, and takes pride in delivering thorough, consistent care.

Schedule

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Take radiographs and maintain accurate clinical notes
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment needs
• Identify and communicate findings to the doctor and team
• Maintain an organized and efficient schedule

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Dental Hygiene license
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
