Trading Operations and Client Onboarding Analyst

Lynx Trading Technologies is the technical engine behind a sophisticated financial ecosystem. We need a sharp communicator who can learn our tech and become the trusted bridge between our engineers, institutional clients, and trading venues.

This is NOT a coding role — but we love curiosity. ~70% of your time is communication — running client onboardings, coordinating across teams, translating technical concepts into plain language. The other ~30% is learning how our platform works so you can navigate both sides of every conversation. And if you're the kind of person who builds a small tool or automates a workflow to make your team's life easier? That's celebrated here, not discouraged.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own client onboarding end-to-end: kickoff calls through go-live
- Be the single point of contact clients and partners trust
- Coordinate between engineering, operations, and compliance to hit deadlines
- Learn our trading infrastructure (FIX, APIs, Smart Order Routing) — to explain it, not build it
- Monitor trade flows, catch issues early, route them to the right people fast

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A clear, confident communicator — this is skill #1
- Technically curious: you want to understand how systems work, even if you won't build them
- Organized under pressure: you can juggle 5+ projects without dropping anything
- Recent graduate (by June 2026), strong GPA
- Degree in CS, Engineering, MIS, Finance, or related — we care more about how you think than the name on your diploma
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future

THE ROLE
- Full-time, in-office at our Miami Beach HQ
- Available to start immediately
