Are you a current or former teacher, counselor, or education professional looking to use your expertise in a powerful new way? At SOS4Students, we know that educators bring unmatched insight, compassion, and strategy to student success—and we want you on our team.

What We Do:
SOS4Students is a dynamic, well-established executive function coaching practice that partners with middle and high school students to help them thrive academically. Our coaches work 1-on-1 and in small group workshops, helping students develop essential skills in organization, time management, planning, and follow-through.

We work with bright students—many with ADHD, dyslexia, processing, or working memory challenges—who need targeted support to manage school demands. Using evidence-based strategies and a relationship-based approach, our coaches help students overcome obstacles and build lifelong learning skills.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • A degree in Education, Special Education, School Psychology and/or a Teaching Credential (in progress or completed)
  • Teaching, tutoring, counseling, or similar experience with students in middle and high school (within the last 5 years
  • Experience with neurodiverse learners and an understanding of learning differences
  • A warm, engaging, and flexible approach with teens
  • Familiarity with academic tech tools and apps for planning, studying, and organization
  • A sense of humor and a passion for helping students succeed
