Field Operations Assistant

We are a fast-growing, highly successful commercial real estate team located in the East Bay. We are dedicated to excellence for our clients and specialize in multifamily assets. As we continue to expand our team and reach new heights, we're seeking a punctual and organized Field Services Coordinator to handle our day-to-day physical errands and property-related tasks. Position: Field Services Coordinator
Location: East Bay Area (Oakland & Berkeley focus)
Compensation: $25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Post physical 24-hour notices at properties for upcoming showings, unit inspections, or scheduled maintenance.
• Execute materials runs to Home Depot or other local hardware stores for minor property needs.
• Handle financial errands, including securely delivering and depositing checks at the bank.
• Install and remove lockboxes or property signage as needed.
• Manage miscellaneous day-to-day administrative errands for the team (e.g., picking up dry cleaning, dropping off closing documents).

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle (bicycles will not suffice for this role).
• Strong familiarity with navigating the Oakland, Berkeley, and general East Bay areas.
• Punctual, organized, and highly responsive with a smartphone for real-time communication and photo updates.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to comfortably interact with tenants or property managers when on-site.
• Physical ability to carry moderate weight (e.g., carrying hardware supplies, signage).
• Ability to follow clear instructions and execute tasks independently with high attention to detail.
