Outside Sales Representative (POS & Hospitality Tech- Remote/Field)

 

The Opportunity

OSS Data is expanding across Florida and is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell our hospitality technology solutions to restaurants, bars, nightclubs, hotels, and retail businesses. This is a high-upside role for someone who can prospect, build relationships, and close.

 

If you’re confident in face-to-face selling, follow-up, and pipeline management—and you want to represent a proven product suite with strong customer outcomes—this role is for you.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and visit local businesses (hospitality + retail)
  • Qualify needs and recommend the right solution (POS, payments, liquor control, menu boards)
  • Set demos and move deals through the pipeline
  • Coordinate with OSS Data for proposals, onboarding, and implementation handoff
  • Maintain follow-up cadence and relationship management for referrals and repeat business

 

Compensation

  • Commission-based (high upside; no cap)
  • Upfront bonuses available
  • Performance-based growth path into Senior Sales / Territory Manager

Who We’re Looking For

  • Confident communicator with strong people skills
  • Comfortable prospecting (phone + in-person) and handling objections
  • Organized with follow-up discipline (pipeline + CRM habits)
  • Hospitality/restaurant tech sales experience is a plus
  • Based in Florida (or able to cover a Florida region consistently)
