Prek-4 Teacher

The Prek-4 Teacher ensures that all students are supervised in a safe, nurturing, play based, Christian learning environment. The teacher fosters age-appropriate attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians while utilizing a Biblical worldview. Teachers work in teams to implement daily teaching and learning activities that consistently and appropriately support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of the children. The Preschool Teacher will teach basic social skills to build an early learning foundation for children ages 6 weeks- 4 years and promote physical, mental, and social development through Bible, music, art, science, and literature. They also work in partnership with parents to support the healthy physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive development of the children in their care.
