Junior Recruiter / Sales Welcome
Junior Technical Recruiter
Technical Recruiter & Account Executive
Technical recruiting occupies a unique position at the intersection of technology, business, and people. The demand for skilled professionals across IT, Finance, and Healthcare remains consistent regardless of broader economic cycles, and the need for experienced recruiters who understand these markets moves with it. This is not a transactional role. Over time, you build market knowledge, client trust, and a candidate network that becomes increasingly valuable. For the right person, it is a career where both your reputation and your earning potential grow in direct proportion to the relationships you build and the results you deliver.
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN LONG-TERM
- Develop consultative sales and negotiation skills with direct application across IT, Finance, and Healthcare — industries with consistent, long-term demand
- Build a professional network that grows with every placement — clients and candidates become lasting relationships and referral sources
- Follow a clearly defined advancement path: Recruiter → Senior Recruiter → Business Development → Leadership
- Complete Sandler Sales Training at no cost — one of the most respected consultative sales programs available, provided on day one
- Receive direct mentorship from senior partners who have built their careers at this firm and remain active in the business
WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
- Engage with professionals across IT, Finance, and Healthcare to understand their career goals and what would prompt them to consider a new opportunity

- Leverage modern tools — including AI platforms, LinkedIn, and purpose-built recruiting software — to identify and engage talent at scale

Required:
- Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree
- One year of sales or relevant professional experience, including internships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage your own activity and priorities independently
