Experiential Events and Experience Coordinator

Experiential Events & Brand Experience Coordinator

The Legacy Alliance is seeking an Experiential Events & Brand Experience Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of community events and member experiences. This role focuses on creating intentional, elevated experiences through event production, guest coordination, logistics, and relationship management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community events and member experiences
  • Conduct site visits and support venue selection, layout planning, and event logistics
  • Coordinate event details including catering, setup, vendor communication, décor, and guest flow
  • Support event marketing efforts and member communication leading up to events
  • Travel to event locations and assist with on-site production and execution
  • Foster positive member and guest relationships through attentive customer experience support
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure events align with brand values and community standards
  • Assist with post-event clean up, organization, and operational follow-up

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in experiential design, events, hospitality, or brand experience
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced event environments
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable interacting with guests, vendors, and team members in professional settings
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings for events
  • Passion for creating elevated experiences
  • Background or interest in visual experience, exhibitions, immersive events, or hospitality preferred
