Junior Operations/Project Manager

Role Description

  • Create and manage job assignments and schedules.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, especially property managers, via email.
  • Ensure all job information is clearly documented and detailed for field technicians.
  • Assist with sales orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Understand and support invoicing processes and job documentation.
  • Create MEPG (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Gas) as-builts using gold standard software. (Field-Wire, Autodesk, Bluebeam Revu, iFieldSmart, Plan Grid, Etc.)
  • Coordinate sub-contractors remotely and on the field.
  • Ensure construction projects meet budget, deadline, and client expectations. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bilingual - Spanish/English (Preferable).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to client needs.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Aptitude to lead by example.
