Sales Intern (Real Estate)

Why This Internship
You work directly with the owner. I will personally teach you the entire real estate process — how to buy, how to sell, how to underwrite a deal, and how to run due diligence. You will see every step from first seller call to closed transaction, and you will be on the phone running real leads while you learn. You leave this internship understanding how a real estate business actually operates, end to end.
Your Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads in the CRM.
- Run intake calls to qualify sellers and gather property details.
- Book qualified leads onto the owner's calendar for offer calls.
- Follow up on stalled leads and re-engage them.
- Sit in on live offer calls, underwriting sessions, and due diligence work — and debrief after each one.
- Keep your pipeline clean in Stride CRM — every call logged, every note tight.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled at UConn (or equivalent). Major doesn't matter.
- Strong communication — clear, direct, personable on the phone and in writing.
- Willing to learn. Coachable. Comfortable being told exactly how to improve.
- Comfortable making real outbound calls to real sellers.
- Real curiosity about real estate, sales, and entrepreneurship.
