We’re Hiring: Reels Creator & Editor | Rose & Petals HiTea Desserts

We’re a boutique dessert brand based in NJ/NYC bringing nostalgic flavors from around the world to life — and we’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy content creator to join our team!

What we need:

 2–3 Reels captured & edited per event

 1–2 live videos from each event

 Trend-driven editing (you know what’s popping right now)

 Light photography on-site

What we DON’T need right now: posts, flyers, TikTok, or follower growth strategy — just Reels/Stories done right.

What to expect:

 2–3 events per month

 Approximately 2 hours per event

You should be:

 Quick on your feet (MUST HAVE)

 Have trending reels on your Instagram (MUST HAVE)

 On top of current trends (MUST HAVE)

 Comfortable traveling to NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, Hoboken & Jersey City

 Looking to grow with a brand that’s going places

Compensation:

 $150 per event

 Complimentary desserts at every event

 Full social media credits on all content
