Hospitality Quality Intern – Service & Operational Excellence

 

Virgin Hotels is looking for a Quality Intern to support our mission of delivering exceptional service and consistent operational excellence across all departments. This role is perfect for a detail‑oriented, organized, and tech‑savvy individual interested in hospitality, service quality, and modern training tools.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Operations team in refining and organizing departmental service and operational materials
  • Help ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation, editing, and formatting
  • Assist in developing engaging training materials, including AI‑powered video modules
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and implement updates

What We’re Looking For

  • Studying Hospitality
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in AI tools, training development, and hospitality operations
