Summer Camp Counselor

Elks Camp Grassick is seeking enthusiastic Summer Camp Counselors to help create an unforgettable camp experience for children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.
Counselors work directly with campers, supporting daily activities and participating in traditional camp programs such as swimming, crafts, and outdoor recreation. Staff help ensure campers are safe, engaged, and having fun while building friendships and confidence.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support campers during daily activities
Assist campers with personal care as needed (training provided)
Participate in and help lead camp activities
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe camp environment
Work collaboratively with camp staff and leadership
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Interest in working with individuals with disabilities
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
