HR Intern(Require in-person NJ work)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our daily HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates

Support new hire onboarding (paperwork, orientation setup)

Help maintain employee records and HR documents

Participate in organizing team events and engagement activities

Perform administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field

Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information

Basic knowledge of HR tools or ATS is a plus but not required
