What You’ll Do:
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom for preschool-aged children
- Deliver age-appropriate curriculum aligned with child development goals
- Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain classroom standards in accordance with licensing and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- 24 credits in ECE and 2 years of experience working with children in a licensed early childhood setting OR valid/current CDA
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically
