Assembly Operator - Production

Neo Medical, Inc., a subsidiary of CHS USA Inc., specializes in intravenous products for neonatal and pediatric patients who require specific vascular access devices (e.g., PICC catheters and catheter introducers). We develop, manufacture, and distribute medical devices designed specifically for this patient population.

We are seeking students available during their summer break, starting May 2026 until end of August. In this role, students will support product assembly processes for Neo Medical products.

Position details:

• Hourly rate: $18 per hour
• Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Please note: Unpaid lunch break 
• No. of positions - 8
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Key responsibilities include:

• Following established product assembly procedures (excluding device molding and outer tray sealing)
• Kitting components
• Deflashing catheters
• Performing visual self-inspections of products
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Following and understanding assembly drawings and procedures
• Adhering to all safety instructions
