CAD Designer Technician

Launch your design and product development career with Engineering Services & Products Company! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Designer/Product Development Technician to support the design and development of structural and agricultural products that meet unique customer needs.

In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to create 3D models, production drawings, and construction layouts using SolidWorks and other CAD software tools. Responsibilities include developing new components and products, reviewing existing designs for accuracy, participating in customer and project meetings, and helping improve product functionality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, product design, and working on multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with practical design solutions.

Candidates with experience in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar 3D modeling software are encouraged to apply. An associate degree in drafting, design technology, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development.
