This job has a remote option, and we would consider a remote candidate with a demonstrated record of success who could train locally for a period of time.

Essential Job Duties

• Work directly with clients via video call, email, and in-person
• Document and scope development projects and tasks
• Work directly with application development team to create development roadmaps and timelines
• Become an expert user of the Ideal-Logic software platform
• Configure all aspects of client systems
• Provide quality assurance of completed projects and tasks prior to client release
• Aid clients as needed in all aspects of feature rollout including communicating completed tasks, problem-solving errors, and feature adjustments
• Create graphs, spreadsheets, and printable reports of client data
• Meet regularly with clients to encourage review, usage, and improvements
• Provide client training and prepare training materials when necessary
• Suggest improvements to internal and client systems or processes when appropriate
• Work with VP Client Relations to share workload on sales projects and other tasks as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Demonstrated excellent phone, in-person, and email communication skills
• Ability to present a professional video presence for video calls
• Ability to think analytically and abstractly in order to assist with the design of data and workflow systems
• Comfortable and capable with computer and mobile technology
• Able to maintain a PC for business use
   
• Able to use or learn word processing, presentation/slides, and spreadsheet programs
• Ability to learn and use Ideal-Logic web-based software platform. Training provided.
• Ability to present to clients in meetings
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills as required

Additional Desirable Qualifications

• Experience working with, supporting, or developing workflow or data management systems
• Previous client support or project management experience
• Experience and knowledge of information systems in any field or industry
