Overview

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and service-oriented Guest Service Associate / Front Desk Associate to serve as the face of our organization at our Aventura headquarters. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and high-energy experience for guests, candidates, clients, and team members while ensuring the front desk and office operations run smoothly throughout the day.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a fast-paced organization. Strong performers may have opportunities for advancement within 6–12 months.

This is a full-time onsite position Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM in Aventura, Florida.

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Experience

  • Welcome and assist guests, candidates, vendors, and clients professionally
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
  • Coordinate visitor check-ins and notify internal teams of arrivals
  • Assist with conference room readiness and guest hospitality

Administrative & Office Support

  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, and internal coordination
  • Help maintain office supplies and general office organization
  • Support various departments with operational and administrative needs
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Communication & Team Support

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external contacts
  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing shifting priorities
  • Provide high-level customer service and professionalism throughout the day

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, reception, administrative, or front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Aventura, FL Monday–Friday
