What You'll Do:
Every day starts by meeting with your team before heading into neighborhoods that have recently experienced severe weather. Your role is to educate homeowners about potential storm damage and schedule free inspections for our Inspection Department.
Responsibilities:
- Meet homeowners through face-to-face, door-to-door conversations.
- Educate homeowners about potential storm damage and our inspection process.
- Schedule free exterior inspections.
- Represent the Briggs brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build relationships within the communities we serve.
- Work alongside a supportive and competitive team.
- Develop communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Compensation:
- $17–18/hour guaranteed base pay
- Uncapped bonus program
