Overview: Briggs Family Home Development is dedicated to helping communities throughout Wisconsin and Iowa. It is BFHD's Company Mission to provide unmatched customer care at a competitive price. 

We are seeking Field Marketing Representatives to increase our product reach and brand recognition! 

Responsibilities: 

  • Driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers. 
  • Schedule free at-home inspections and receive bonuses by doing so. 
  • Create opportunity and conversation with members of the community. 
  • Provide valuable information about products and services to consumers. 
  • Use this experience as a steppingstone to a career in Management or Sales 

Qualifications: 

  • Strong verbal communications skills 
  • Ability and desire to be coached 
  • An energetic, persuasive personality and positive attitude 
  • A love for being active and the outdoors! (This is an outdoor position) 
  • Compensation: $18.00/ Hourly Base pay + UNCAPPED bonuses
