CRM Analytics Intern

INTERNSHIP SUMMARY
This internship will support CRM strategy, clienteling initiatives, and application development across retail and digital channels. The role is highly analytical and technical, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making, campaign execution, and system optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the execution and analysis of CRM campaigns, including client outreach strategies and performance tracking
  • Analyze client data to generate actionable insights on customer behavior, engagement, and sales performance
  • Assist in the development and ongoing enhancement of the in-store CRM application, including coordination with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in QA and UAT testing for CRM tools and features to ensure functionality and usability prior to release
  • Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, and other data platforms
  • Support client segmentation, targeting, and list generation for CRM initiatives
  • Collaborate with retail and cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university and eligible to receive academic credit
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel (required); experience with Alteryx, Power BI, and/or SQL is a plus
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in CRM, clienteling, business performance, or sales analytics
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work both independently and collaboratively, and maintain a proactive mindset
  • Interest in technology, application development, or product management is a plus
