Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5AM – 3PM
- Night Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5PM – 3AM (+$3.00/hour shift differential)
- Weekend Day Shift: Friday–Sunday | 5AM – 5PM
- Weekend Night Shift: Friday–Sunday | 5PM – 5AM (+$3.00/hour shift differential)
Training Schedule:
All new team members begin with day shift training: Monday–Thursday | 5AM – 3PM
Weekend Perk: Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!
About the Role: At Wisconsin Converting, Inc., we manufacture high-quality paper bags while fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and growth. In this role, you will play a key part in setting up and maintaining paper bag-making equipment, performing multiple changeovers per shift, and troubleshooting mechanical issues to keep operations running efficiently.
This is a full-time position with paid training to set you up for success. If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy problem-solving, and like hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and change over paper converting equipment to meet production needs
- Perform routine cleaning and care of machines and equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues and breakdowns
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure safe operation of equipment
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Solid problem-solving skills and team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and occasionally climb ladders
