AI Marketing Operator

We’re looking for a smart, hungry junior operator with a marketing background and a technical mindset to help implement AI-powered marketing workflows across modern tools and platforms.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves figuring things out, automating repetitive work, and using AI tools to improve marketing operations.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage AI-powered marketing workflows
• Implement automations across tools like:
  • HubSpot
  • Clay
  • Apollo
  • Instantly
  • Zapier / Make
  • ChatGPT / Claude
  • Notion
  • Airtable
• Create lead generation and outbound workflows
• Use AI tools to automate research, enrichment, content generation, and reporting
• Connect APIs and no-code tools together
• Improve operational efficiency using automation
• Test new AI marketing tools and workflows
• Work closely with leadership on growth and AI initiatives

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in marketing / growth / operations
• Strong curiosity around AI and automation
• Technical mindset (comfortable learning tools quickly)
• Experience with no-code automation tools is a big plus
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Strong English communication skills
• Fast learner with high ownership mentality

Nice to Have

• Experience with outbound systems
• Familiarity with prompt engineering
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience building workflows in Zapier / Make
• Experience using ChatGPT or Claude extensively for work
