About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, creative Growth & Marketing Associate to help drive partnerships with healthcare facilities. You’ll work across marketing, growth, and sales to expand AideChoice’s provider network and referral channels—turning outreach and awareness into real partnerships and platform usage.
What You’ll Do
- Support outreach to healthcare facilities
- Help drive partnership growth through email campaigns and follow-ups
- Create sales collateral (one-pagers, decks, outreach messaging)
- Develop email content for partner engagement
- Research and identify new partnership opportunities
- Track performance and help convert outreach into active AideChoice partners
Who You Are
- Strong communicator who can simplify messaging
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Interested in healthcare, partnerships, or growth marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one)
- Familiarity with social media and basic digital marketing
- Interest or experience in marketing, communications, or business development
