SAP Sales Development - BDR

Location: 100% Remote (Midwest-based candidates preferred) 

Role Type: Internship 

Career Path: Accelerated track to SAP Sales Executive (within 6–12 months)

 

The Mission

We are seeking high-energy "hunters" with fire in the belly to fuel our sales pipeline. Your primary goal is to pick up the phone, engage decision-makers, and book appointments for SAP RISE, GROW, and AI-powered enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound cold calling and digital outreach to engage net-new accounts.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Sales Executives regarding SAP licenses and implementation.
  • AI Solution Advocacy: Identify opportunities for customers to leverage SAP’s AI-powered platforms and innovative sales methodologies.
  • Lead Qualification: Use established frameworks (e.g., BANT - Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to convert leads into sales-accepted opportunities.

What You Need

  • Drive: An unstoppable hunger to succeed and resilience in cold-calling environments.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage C-level executives.
  • Experience: Recent graduate or 6+ months of cold-calling experience.
  • Digital Savvy: Comfort using AI tools and social selling platforms to enhance customer interactions.
