Job Title: General Mill Manager

Description: Manage the day-to-day operations of a steel tube mill located in Decatur, Alabama and its distribution center in Dade City, Florida. This includes everything from commercial aspects to production, logistics, procurements and finance.

Number of employees this position supervises: 43

Location: 715 Willo Industrial Drive, Decatur, Alabama 35601

This position reports directly to: CEO

Background in finance preferred but not required. 

Essential skills: Candidates must be able to report P&L, balance sheets, and working capital requirements.

Candidates must be entrepreneurial minded individuals.

 

Pay package and benefits: 

- Base salary of US$150,000 / year

- Yearly bonus equivalent to 10% of Decatur and Dade City’s year end profits after taxes.

Yearly bonus capped at US$200,000 / year.

- Dental, medical, vision, 401k, 401k matching.

 

Monthly Deliverables: 

- Income statement (P&L)

- Balance Sheet

- Statement of Cash Flows
