Solaris Rehab is South Florida’s trusted provider of rehabilitation and wellness services. We’re looking for a compassionate, relationship‑driven Physical Therapist to support residents in one of our premier Assisted Living/Independent Living communities in Naples, FL.

What You’ll Do

  •   Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ functional status, including mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and activities of daily living (ADL) performance 
  •  Identify impairments, functional limitations, and safety risks to establish appropriate clinical impressions and care plans
  •   Implement fall prevention strategies and therapeutic programs aimed at reducing risk, maintaining function, and preventing decline
  •  Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards

Qualifications

  • Current Florida Physical Therapist license 
  • 2+ years of clinical experience; prior work in senior living or with older adults is a plus 
  • A passion for “Empowering People to Live Younger, Longer.”
