What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized assessments and develop customized treatment plans to help residents improve or maintain functional abilities in daily living activities
- Deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions focused on mobility, strength, balance, self‑care tasks, and cognitive engagement to support resident independence
- Collaborate closely with nursing, rehab staff, caregivers, and families to ensure coordinated care and to educate them on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards

Qualifications
- Current Florida Occupational Therapist license
- 2+ years of clinical experience; prior work in senior living or with older adults is a plus
- A passion for “Empowering People to Live Younger, Longer.”
