Naples, FL

Solaris Rehab is South Florida’s trusted provider of rehabilitation and wellness services. We’re looking for a compassionate, relationship‑driven Occupational Therapist to support residents in one of our premier Assisted Living/Independent Living communities in Naples, FL.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individualized assessments and develop customized treatment plans to help residents improve or maintain functional abilities in daily living activities
  • Deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions focused on mobility, strength, balance, self‑care tasks, and cognitive engagement to support resident independence
  • Collaborate closely with nursing, rehab staff, caregivers, and families to ensure coordinated care and to educate them on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards

Qualifications

  • Current Florida Occupational Therapist license 
  • 2+ years of clinical experience; prior work in senior living or with older adults is a plus 
  • A passion for “Empowering People to Live Younger, Longer.”
