What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT that includes therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, transfer training, neuromuscular re-education, manual techniques (within PTA scope), and physical agent modalities as appropriate
- Provide functional mobility training specific to AL/IL environments (apartment transfers, dining hall ambulation, community mobility) and reinforce adaptive equipment use (walkers, rollators, grab bars, etc.)
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards

Qualifications
- Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license
- 2+ years of clinical experience; prior work in senior living or with older adults is a plus
- A passion for “Empowering People to Live Younger, Longer.”
