Medical Device Sales Representative

We’re looking for driven, relationship-focused sales professionals to join our team in the medical device sales industry. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales (required), excellent communication skills, and a desire to make a difference, please apply.

Duties:

  • Promote and sell medical products, devices, or supplies to achieve sales targets; complete calls, customer visits and appointments as efforts to meet/exceed sales quotas; manage a designated sales territory
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders
  • Pick up, transport, deliver and maintain supplies and inventory required for demos, sales and cases
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, ethical sales practices and credentialing requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with direct and indirect customers to grow and develop business within the assigned territory
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain features, benefits, and usage
  • Assist in covering surgical cases in assigned territory (in OR)
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops and cadaver labs
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
  • Provide after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving product issues
  • Ensure the safe and effective use of our products in the OR by providing clinical and educational value
  • Travel to and arrive early as needed to job sites, meetings, appointments, surgeries and training events

Minimal Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2+ years of success in a previous B2B Sales role; medical device sales preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy and pathology
  • Demonstrated experience with critical thinking skills
  • Embody and demonstrate competitiveness
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes customers feel valued
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and confidently
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the motivation to meet or exceed targets through proactive engagement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative independently
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
