Solaris Rehab is South Florida’s trusted provider of rehabilitation and wellness services. We’re looking for a compassionate, relationship‑driven Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents in one of our premier Assisted Living/Independent Living communities in Naples, FL.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct and analyze comprehensive speech-language evaluations to assess residents’ communication, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and carry out therapeutic strategies and compensatory techniques to enhance communication effectiveness, support safe swallowing, and prevent functional decline
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards

Qualifications

  • Current Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license 
  • 2+ years of clinical experience; prior work in senior living or with older adults is a plus 
  • A passion for “Empowering People to Live Younger, Longer.
