The Integrated Enrollment Marketing Office within the Office of the Provost seeks a student intern graphic designer to aid in the production of marketing materials. We are looking for students who would like to gain start-to-finish experience with conceptualizing, planning, designing and producing creative assets for George Mason University’s recruitment efforts.

The Integrated Enrollment Marketing Office creates and distributes the marketing materials used to recruit incoming students to Mason each year. These materials include email messages, texts, brochures, postcards, print pieces for offices across campus, and numerous other marketing materials.

The internship will focus on the creation of digital and print designs for recruitment materials, advertising, social media, email campaigns, event support and several special enrollment initiatives. Interns will work alongside IEM staff in project teams related to specific channels or campaigns and will engage directly with stakeholders on development and execution of creative briefs.

The position is student wage and will receive $15 an hour. Interns may choose to work 20 to 29 hours per week, depending on their circumstances. Internships typically run from June 15-August 15.
