This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in starting a career in media, broadcasting, or technical operations. No prior industry experience is required—we provide hands-on training and a clear path for growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor live broadcast feeds to ensure consistent signal quality
- Execute scheduled programming and follow broadcast logs
- Identify and respond to audio/video issues in real time
- Communicate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced control room environment
