Video Editing Lab Monitor

If you are dependable and reliable and like to sit in a classroom and work on homework and get paid to do it this job is for you. Average 4 hrs/wk Mondays and Wednesdays evenings ; starting third week in the semester until last week of classes but not finals week. $12.00 /hr and would like to consider it a position for the full academic year.

 Description: Supervise operation and assist students in the Adobe Premiere video editing lab for the class CINE: 1834:  Modes of Film and Video Production. The lab monitor will monitor the use, and offer technical assistance to students in that course. Basically if anyone has a question YOU are the expert.

 Requirements: Must have demonstrated practical editing experience in Adobe Premiere. Preference given to candidates who have completed video course work in Cinematic Arts department. Must show up on time and close the lab at designated times. For undergraduate applicants the completion of Modes with a grade of B or better is highly desirable.
