Wholesale Accounts & Operations Associate

Sail to Sable is seeking a proactive, detail-driven team member to support our wholesale accounts while working cross-functionally with operations and leadership. This role plays a key part in managing account relationships, coordinating order flow, and supporting the founder on high-priority initiatives. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.*

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the founder with day-to-day operations, helping keep priorities, timelines, and projects organized
* Assist in managing wholesale accounts, ensuring timely communication and exceptional partner support
* Provide order entry and administrative support to the Head of Wholesale
* Coordinate and track wholesale orders from entry through fulfillment
* Manage sample inventory, including organization, packing, and shipment to accounts and wholesale shows
* Assist with logistics and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions
 

This job is in person in our Darien, CT office.
