About this role:
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will work with our Home Improvement client to assist in building their brand awareness and customer base through direct sales and marketing campaigns. A successful candidate will gain exposure to various aspects of the business, ensuring a well-rounded experience. Average team members earn $40,000–$75,000 annually, including base pay, commissions, and bonuses.
What You'll Do
- Customer Engagement: Approach customers within our retail partners, introduce service plans, and showcase their value.
- Needs Analysis: Listen to customers, understand their needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
- Sales Execution: Meet and exceed sales targets by confidently presenting products and services.
- Training Participation: Learn everything you need to know about our products, services, and sales strategies through comprehensive, fully paid training.
- Management Development: Gain hands-on experience in leadership, business operations, and strategy as part of our Manager in Training program.
