Marketing Campaign Intern (Alma Vida, Pack Intern, Summer 2026)

Internship Description: 

The Marketing Campaign Intern will design a targeted, end-to-end marketing campaigns that attract qualified prospects to our dinner presentation events across the Reno/Sparks/Carson City/Fernley area. The ideal candidate will seek to deeply understand how to reach self-directed, financially capable individuals and organizations—not the general public—and can translate that understanding into compelling, trust-building messaging and multi-channel outreach. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Complete 150 hours of work as an intern  
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, direct outreach, community) targeting the six audience segments above 
  • Build and manage audience lists, ad targeting, and CRM segmentation within GoHighLevel 
  • Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, email sequences, and event invitations aligned with our clinical tone and premium positioning 
  • Partner with local employers, HR departments, and business associations to promote dinner presentations as employee wellness opportunities 
  • Develop outreach strategies targeting HSA-eligible plan holders through employer benefits channels and financial wellness platforms 

 

Goals and Expectations of the Intern: 

  • Dinner presentation attendance grows by 40%+ with measurable improvement in qualified-prospect ratio 
  • PME booking rate from dinner attendees reaches 70% or above 
  • Service packages sold increase from 50% or above 
  • At least two employer or organizational partnerships established as referral or group-enrollment channels 
  • A documented, repeatable campaign playbook for each of the six target audience segments 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Must be a degree-seeking undergraduate OR graduate student at the University of Nevada, Reno after the Spring ‘26 semester  
  • Spring ‘26 or earlier graduates are not eligible for the Wolf Pack STEM Internship Program 
  • Student must be enrolled in a major or minor program in the following colleges: 
    • Agriculture, Biotechnology, and Natural Resources (CABNR) 
    • Business 
    • Engineering 
    • Science 
    • Public Health/Orvis 
  • Quality-focused and detail-oriented 
  • Eager to grow in a real-world setting 
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, wellness, functional, integrative, or lifestyle medicine 
  • Copywriting skills with a clean, credible, non-hype tone appropriate for a clinical practice 
  • Undergraduate student with major or minor in marketing/business 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience or knowledge in northern Nevada business community 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a meaningful plus given our patient community 

 

Desired Schedule for Intern: 

Flexible Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm 

 

Pack STEM internships require interns to complete 150 hours during their internship. It is the intern’s responsibility to ensure this requirement is met.
