Position Summary :This role is responsible for teaching fundamental skills, developing players’ basketball IQ, and creating a competitive, high-energy learning environment. They lead drills, provide individualized instruction, and emphasize teamwork, discipline, and work ethic while serving as a mentor both on and off the court.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Previous playing or coaching experience at the high school, college, or professional level
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, drills, and game strategy
• Ability to teach and communicate effectively with middle school and high school athletes
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire players
• Experience working in camp, clinic, or youth development settings preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to create a positive, energetic, and disciplined environment

• Assist with camp setup, breakdown, and daily operations
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff
• Serve as a role model by displaying professionalism and strong character
• Support head coaches and staff with additional duties as assigned
