Medication Mixing Technician

We are seeking a Medication Mixing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.
The Basics
Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Multiple shifts available
- Sunday – Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• Sunday – Wednesday | 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Overnight)
Please note: shift availability may vary.
Compensation: $18.75/hour

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Prepare and flavor compounded medications in the mixing lab
• Measure and mix ingredients with precision
• Follow pharmacy formulas and production procedures
• Use basic math to calculate and measure ingredients accurately
• Maintain consistent mixing processes for quality and efficiency
• Monitor batches to ensure product quality standards are met
• Support production goals to ensure timely medication delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and batch records
• Keep lab workspaces clean, organized, and production-ready
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
• Willing to obtain NJ Pharmacy Technician License (we will train you)
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or compounding preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow formulas, procedures, and batch instructions
• Comfortable working with chemicals used in compounding
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stay focused in a production environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and work in a lab/production setting
