What You’ll Do
- Participate in hands-on training across sales, marketing, and daily operations
- Engage directly with customers to present products and services
- Learn how to drive performance and meet individual and team goals
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns
- Shadow experienced leaders and gain insight into team management
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Track performance metrics and contribute to overall team success
